Q: What are your operating hours?
A: We can be reached from 8AM-10PM Central time, seven days a week. In most cases we can answer the phone within 4 rings. If you do leave a voice message, we promise to get back to you quickly.

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Money Orders and Checks. We also accept Google Checkout. If you mail us a check, shipping may be delayed.

Q: Can your products be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or other locations?
A: All of the shipping costs mentioned on this site refers to the 48 States of mainland USA. Some items may be shipped to other locations, at extra cost. Please call 800-379-2021 and let us know where you need our products.

Q: Many other web sites sell hundreds of different products, why is your product range limited?
A: We are personally familiar with all of the products that we sell. We only carry products that we have tried. Many other companies sell EVERYTHING but have limited knowledge of the items that they sell. We are experienced in our products. This allows us to be of service before, during and after the sale.
